PDX-105 products can be sprayed onto the clinker on the conveyor belt to the ball mill, or injected directly into either ball mill compartments. Adequate metering pumps should be used to ensure accurate delivery of a constant flow of PDX-105.
Packaging
PDX-105 is a chloride-free formulation which is suitable for grinding of all types of Portland or blended cements. It is available in tote, truckload, container, or rail car quantities .
Storage
It should be stored in closed vessels at temperatures ranging between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. In normal conditions, shelf life for PDX-105 additives is at least 12 months.
